Terms of Service & Policies
Governing rules and expectations for students, guardians, faculty, and authorized users of the Skoolpixa Campus.
1. Acceptance of Institutional Regulations
By enrolling at RSMT Smart Campus or accessing our online management system, students, guardians, and staff agree to adhere strictly to these terms, code of conduct, and educational bylaws set forth by school management.
2. Academic Integrity & Student Code of Conduct
Students are expected to maintain the highest standards of honesty. Plagiarism in homework, unapproved assistance in examinations, and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited and subject to disciplinary review by the academic board.
3. Digital Portal Security & Credentials
User accounts (Student, Parent, Teacher, Administrator) are non-transferable. Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials. Any unauthorized access attempts or system tampering will result in immediate termination of portal privileges and administrative inquiry.
4. Tuition Fees, Billing & Invoicing Policies
Term tuition and facility fees must be paid on or before the due date specified on the invoice. Late fees may apply for delinquent payments. Admission and administrative charges are non-refundable after the official session withdrawal deadline.
5. Attendance & Leave Approvals
Students must maintain a minimum of 75% classroom attendance to be eligible for terminal examinations. Leave requests exceeding two consecutive days require formal medical or guardian documentation submitted via the Leave Management module.
6. AI Tools & Responsible Use
AI academic assistants are intended exclusively for concept revision, tutoring, and educator productivity. AI outputs must be verified by teachers, and users must not attempt prompt injections or misuse computational resources.
